We're looking for an Account Executive to drive sales and grow Veridien's customer base. Veridien is an early-stage PMS platform with strong product-market fit signals — hotels that try us stay. Now we need someone who can systematically turn interest into revenue.
You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting boutique hotels and guesthouses to running demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You'll work closely with the team to shape pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for boutique hotels and guesthouses
- Run product demos and tailor the pitch to each property's specific needs
- Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tooling
- Develop outreach strategies for different segments (independent hotels, small chains, resorts)
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product team to inform roadmap decisions
- Help define pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning
- Represent Veridien at industry events and conferences
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales role
- Experience selling to SMB or mid-market customers
- Proven ability to drive net-new business in an emerging or new market
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment — highly autonomous and resourceful
- Strong discovery skills and ability to articulate value and ROI
- Excellent written and verbal communication and product demo skills
- Experience in hospitality tech, property management, or adjacent verticals is a strong plus
